Password management functionality is offered to you by mSecure, an application that is available for multiple platforms. Use the application to securely store lots of information: login credentials, credit card info, personal notes, and more. All the info you need to keep safe can be securely stored within mSecure.

As mentioned above, mSecure is available for multiple platforms. You can use the password manager on devices powered by the following operating systems: Windows, Mac OS X, iOS, and Android. This means you can use mSecure on your PC or Mac desktop and you can also use it on your iPhone, Android, or Windows Phone.

Access to mSecure is password protected. When you’re done installing the application on your Windows-powered machine, you will be asked to enter a password and a hint for the password that will protect access to mSecure. You must enter this password every time you launch mSecure. By default, after 10 minutes of inactivity, mSecure will lock down – you will have to enter the password to unlock the application.

The application’s interface is divided into two panels. To the left the application displays a list of items: notes, web logins, notes, and so on. Select an item and more info about it will be presented in the panel to the right. Above these two panels there’s a File Menu and a toolbar that features buttons for several functions: add items to the list, edit items, search, print, and more.

From a functionality point of view, you can expect to get the following from mSecure: securely store a variety of items inside the application; pick an icon for the item you create; lock mSecure by using a hotkey, let the application automatically lock after a certain period of inactivity; import and export data, back up and restore data; cloud sync with Dropbox or a shared file; generate passwords; and more.

mSecure is free to use for a trial period of 30 days. A prompt will remind you about this fact every time you launch the application.

Securely store passwords, login credentials, credit card details, personal notes, and other data with mSecure.

Pros

mSecure is available for multiple platforms: Windows (desktop and touch), Mac, iOS, and Android. Installing mSecure on a PC is an effortless task. Access to mSecure is password protected. You can easily create a variety of items; you can assign icons to these items. mSecure will automatically lock after a certain period of inactivity. Use mSecure to generate passwords.
